FAQ
What is required to book?
I require a nonrefundable 20% deposit and a signed contract to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one month prior to your wedding date.
Where are you located? Do you charge a travel fee?
I am based out of Hibbing, MN. I do not charge a travel fee for weddings within the state of Minnesota or within 4 hours of me. I do, however, charge a travel fee of $20 per half hour for the included engagement session if the session location is over 30 minutes away from me (or over an hour away from me for the silver engagement session).
Do I have to order prints from you?
I highly recommend ordering prints through me to ensure the highest quality product, but you are not required to. You'll receive a link to view and download your photos, so you have the option to have them printed at your lab of choice.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit/debit cards; I also have various electronic payment methods available (PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp).
What are you shooting with?
I'm a Nikon gal. I usually use my D850 body. I have a few lenses, but my 24-70mm 2.8 is the one that is usually attached to my camera.
When will I get my photos?
My turnaround time for weddings is up to 4 weeks, but I will share a sneak peek (typically 5-10 images) within 2 days of your wedding.
How does the engagement session work?
The bronze session is 30 minutes. The silver session is an hour. For more information about engagement session inclusions, check out my "couples" tab under pricing.
What if I don't need the engagement session?
The engagement session included with the silver, gold, and platinum packages can be swapped out for an extra half hour of coverage on your wedding day or a discount of $100.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! I want everyone to be able to afford amazing photos on their wedding day, so I will work with you to break up the payments in a way that works best for you.
