Jered and Kasha love spending time outdoors and hiking together as a couple, so engagement photos at Jay Cooke State Park were a no brainier. Although I've been here during the warmer seasons, I wasn't sure what the trails and paths near the lift bridge would be like in January. Thankfully they were pretty cleared off/packed down (no one fell, although I might have slipped a few times). We started with some photos on the trails.
After we took some posed and candid shots on the trails, we decided to brave going out on the big rocks with the sunset and frozen river in the background. These photos were SO much fun - probably my favorite ones from these session.
Of course we also took some photos on the iconic Jay Cooke swing bridge! These always turn out gorgeous no matter the time of year.
We ended this session with a "snow fight" - so fun!
